The mission of the college is to train highly qualified specialists who are fluent in their profession, competent, possessing high spiritual and moral qualities, capable of professional growth. The main indicator of the degree of readiness of graduates in the specialty 1304000 "Computer engineering and software (by type)" who are able to take a leading position in the field of technical and vocational education in Kazakhstan is the employment of graduates.

Modern life places high demands on the level of professional training of the future specialist. Today, in the labor market, such personal qualities as: purposefulness, professional competence, sociability are important for successful employment and career development. "Innovative Technical College of Almaty" in order to promote employment and temporary employment of graduates sets the following activities:

* monitoring the employment of college graduates: creating a database of graduates, collecting information about the professional employment of graduates;

* solving problems related to employment problems: interaction with enterprises and other employers, interaction with city and district departments of employment and social programs, collecting information on the quality of training of specialists;

* career guidance activities: organization of students ' participation in information fairs, job fairs, etc.

For the 2017-2018 academic year, 193 students were graduated in the following specialties:

During the 2018-2019 academic year, 129 students were graduated in the following specialties:

Communication with graduates is organized through the enterprises and organizations in which they work, as well as through the curators of graduation groups, who keep in touch with their graduates and constantly update information about their employment.

According to the results of monitoring the employment of college graduates, as of 01.09.2019, they were employed:

During the 2018-2019 academic year, 72 people were employed, which is 56% of the total number of graduates, 50 people entered universities – 40% of the total number of graduates and there were no unemployed as of 01.09.2019.

At the initial stage, the issue of employment can be resolved during the passage of educational, industrial and professional practices. So for the 2019-2020 academic year, 40 students of 4 courses were employed in the expected graduation of 137 graduates in the specialties 1304000 "Computer Engineering and Software", 1302000 "Automation and Control, 0809000 "Operation of oil and gas fields" as of 01.12.2019, which is already 30 %.

For the 2019-2020 academic year, 188 students were graduated in the following specialties:

The college administration is in close contact with graduates, promotes their employment and monitors their adaptation. After graduating from college, employment work does not stop, the employment of graduates is monitored, which is carried out through social networks, graduate surveys, general monitoring of vacancies.

The employment of graduates is constantly studied during the subsequent academic year.

The criteria for the employment of graduates are:

• • employment;
• • study at universities;

* departure from the Republic of Kazakhstan;

* maternity leave;

* are subject to employment;

* military service.

According to the results of monitoring the employment of college graduates, as of 01.09.2020, they were employed:

According to the results of the work on employment, annual monitoring of the results of activities is carried out. Based on the certificates submitted by graduates from their places of work and/or study, an analysis of the employment of graduates is conducted. Documents confirming employment are systematized by groups and specialties. For the 2019-2020 academic year, the share of employed graduates in the specialty of VTiPO was 92%, in general, the employment of graduates in all specialties in the college is 77%.

In order to promote the employment of graduates, the college holds meetings of students with heads of enterprises and organizations, meetings with employees of the employment and social protection department, explanatory work on youth practice. Every year, the college participates in the regional fair "Entrant".
