The Innovative Technical College provides an appropriate level of organization and conduct of professional practices, industrial training for students in educational and production workshops, laboratories, and on-site facilities provided by employers on the basis of contracts for the development of competencies during internships and industrial training. The procedure for organizing and conducting professional practice of students in all specialties is regulated in accordance with regulatory documents.

Internship programs have been developed for each specialty. In order to organize internships in all specialties, contracts have been previously concluded with enterprises, organizations and institutions. All practice bases are equipped with the necessary equipment and materials that allow students to practically apply the theoretical knowledge they have acquired and continue to develop their skills.

To improve professional competencies, the college's own material and technical base for internships is expanding every year, and the list of internship facilities is expanding. The College enters into long-term contracts with practice bases.

Leading specialists from partner companies take part in the training process as practice managers, conduct practical classes in production, and serve on the committees for the defense of graduation projects, as chairmen and members of qualification commissions.

The college has educational and production workshops and computer rooms for practical training in the specialties. To date, the college has concluded contracts with social partner enterprises.

Thus, leaving the college, our graduates, along with theoretical knowledge, receive practical skills they need in their future work. Graduate employment rates are one of the main criteria for the quality of specialist training. The College pays special attention to monitoring the annual employment of graduates and maintains feedback with the labor market, which allows monitoring the compliance of strategic plans with the real demand of the labor market. The work on the organization of monitoring the employment of graduates is carried out in cooperation with employers by the curators of the groups. Every year, before the graduation of specialists, a meeting of college graduates with social partners and employers is held. On a regular basis, the college conducts surveys on the satisfaction of students, graduates, and employers with the quality of education, as well as systematically analyzes graduate employment.
